Returns:

Due to the nature of the candle, fragrance, health & beauty retail industry, we are unable to accept returned products.  We cannot risk reselling a product that could have been tampered with.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CANDLES RUINED BY USER ERROR! You MUST allow your candle to melt ALL THE WAY ACROSS the surface on the first burn. If you light it, let it burn a short time and extinguish it, the MEMORY will be set and it will never burn farther across. It will pool and extinguish the wicks on future burns, or melt down through the candle in tunnels. THIS IS NOT A DEFECT. This is user error, and it is not eligible for exchange or return. Candles are labeled with usage & safety instructions that explain this.

Exchanges:

Exchanges may be granted on a case by case basis. If your package arrives DAMAGED do not open it until you take photos of the box damage and shipping label. Send photos of the box, label and damaged products to me. I will file a claim through UPS. Upon approval I will reship your damaged items. Note: MELTED WAX IS NOT COVERED!

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. As stated in the returns section, if your order arrives damaged we will replace the product(s) affected after the shipping claim is approved, and melted product is not covered by this policy. If you have a defective product please contact us for replacement consideration. You must contact us within 24 hours of package delivery to report a defective product.

Clearance items are final sale, no price adjustments will be give if reduced further after purchase. No refunds for any reason. No replacement can be given for any reason, as the item will no longer be available.
